Wesley Chapel does not have one architectural board and one color book. A house in Seven Oaks and a house in the Villages of Wesley Chapel answer to different committees. Painting the outside is still exterior painting. The approval is whichever association actually governs that lot.
Westchase HOA painting guidelines do not apply here. The Wesley Chapel area page is about house painting in the area, not a substitute for the association packet.
Seven Oaks
Seven Oaks Property Owners Association publishes the paint path at sopoa.org/information/paint-colors. Residents have two options. Option 1 is the builder’s original scheme, if the owner can certify it. Option 2 is a scheme from the association palette on that site. The palette was compiled with Sherwin-Williams paints. The page says to confirm the color at a Sherwin-Williams store because the screen is not the chip.
The AMR has to list a complete scheme:
- One body color
- One trim color, including shutters if there are shutters
- One door color
The page says one trim color is approved for all of the color options. The scheme names and chips are on the website. This guide does not retype them, because several are shown as swatches rather than as a clean code list.
Garage doors match the body color unless an alternate garage-door color is specifically approved. The page also says garage doors may be the body color or one of the approved garage door colors shown there.
An owner who uses a paint brand other than Sherwin-Williams has to give that vendor the Sherwin-Williams information for a digital match, then submit the mixed sample with the AMR. Work waits for a written approval letter from Associa Gulf Coast.
Some Mercedes Homes schemes in Brookforest and Shoregrass may be used only inside those neighborhoods. The paint palette does not apply to Villas at Eddenfield, Villas at Willowcreek, and Villas of Deer Run. Those owners contact the sub-association.
Monotony control on that page covers four positions: the two houses on each side that face the same street, the house directly across the street, one house on each side of that across-the-street house, and, on a tight cul-de-sac, a house that faces or sits diagonally across the circle. The owner certifies compliance on the AMR. Forms go in online at sopoa.org.
The association address on the page is 2910 Sports Core Circle, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Phone (813) 907-7987, option 5. Email [email protected]. A denied AMR can be appealed in writing to Associa Gulf Coast or [email protected].
Villages of Wesley Chapel
The Villages of Wesley Chapel architectural page says every exterior modification needs an ARC form and approval from the ARC and the board. Paint colors must be submitted to the ARC. The association says the color book is at Sherwin-Williams, 27300 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. That is villagesofwesleychapel.com/architectural-review.
The page does not print the color names. The book at that store is the list. Do not borrow a Seven Oaks scheme for a house in this association.
Which association owns the lot
Wesley Chapel is many associations. Seven Oaks and the Villages of Wesley Chapel are the two with a public paint path in this guide. A house in another Wesley Chapel subdivision uses that subdivision’s form. There is no county-wide color list that replaces it.
The Wesley Chapel area page is house painting in the area. It is not the approval. The name on the approval letter is the check. Seven Oaks letters come from that association. Villages of Wesley Chapel letters come from that ARC and board. A letter from a different community, including Westchase, does not clear a Wesley Chapel house.

Seven Oaks garage doors, skipped villages, and monotony
Option 1 on the Seven Oaks paint page is the builder’s original scheme, if the owner can certify it. Option 2 is a scheme from the association palette, compiled with Sherwin-Williams. Confirm the chip at a store. The screen is not the chip. This guide does not retype the swatches.
The AMR lists one body color, one trim color (including shutters), and one door color. The page says one trim color is approved for all of the color options. Garage doors match the body unless an alternate garage-door color is specifically approved. They may also be the body color or an approved garage-door color shown on that page.
A brand other than Sherwin-Williams needs a digital match from the Sherwin-Williams information, then the mixed sample with the AMR. Work waits for a written approval letter from Associa Gulf Coast.
The palette does not apply to Villas at Eddenfield, Villas at Willowcreek, or Villas of Deer Run. Those owners contact the sub-association. Some Mercedes Homes schemes in Brookforest and Shoregrass may be used only inside those neighborhoods.
Monotony control covers the two houses on each side that face the same street, the house directly across, one house on each side of that across-the-street house, and, on a tight cul-de-sac, a house that faces or sits diagonally across the circle. The owner certifies that on the AMR.
The office on the page is 2910 Sports Core Circle, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. Phone (813) 907-7987, option 5. Email [email protected]. A denial can be appealed in writing to Associa Gulf Coast or [email protected]. On the estimate, bring the AMR approval and the body, trim, and door it names. If the house is in Eddenfield, Willowcreek, or Deer Run, bring the sub-association approval instead of a Seven Oaks palette chip. The main palette does not cover those three.

The Villages color book is not the Seven Oaks palette
Every exterior modification in the Villages of Wesley Chapel needs an ARC form and approval from the ARC and the board. Paint colors go to the ARC. The color book is at Sherwin-Williams, 27300 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. The architectural page does not print the color names. Do not borrow a Seven Oaks scheme for a house in this association. Pull the chip at 27300 Wesley Chapel Blvd and submit that chip to the ARC. The estimate should name the same chip the board approved, body, trim, and door. A color that is only on the Seven Oaks website is the wrong source for this association.

What to bring to the estimate
Bring the written approval and the body, trim, and door the approval names. In Seven Oaks that is the AMR approval letter. In the Villages of Wesley Chapel that is the ARC and board approval, with the color from the book they named.
Call (813) 320-8710 or request an estimate after that letter exists. If the house is in a Wesley Chapel association that is neither of these two, get that association’s form. There is no county-wide substitute.
