Meet the Owner

Will Hamilton

Will Hamilton is a Tampa-based entrepreneur, business owner, and the founder of Westchase Painting Company. He is also the founder of ServiceLine Pro and Church Posting.

Before launching Westchase Painting Company, Will spent years working behind the scenes with contractors, home service businesses, and local companies. He saw firsthand what separates the great contractors from the ones homeowners dread: communication, accountability, and the willingness to make things right when something goes wrong.

That is what Westchase Painting Company was built on. Will handles the business, marketing, and quality assurance side of the company. He is personally invested in every customer's experience because his name and his reputation in this community are attached to every job.

Day-to-day operations, scheduling, on-site estimates, and crew coordination are run by our Operations Manager, Leandro de Souza. Quality checks and high-detail field supervision are handled by John Tortorich. The painting itself is led by our Master Painter and Team Lead, Reginaldo Silva, who has 25+ years in the trade.
