Reginaldo Silva

Reginaldo Silva is the Master Painter and Team Lead at Westchase Painting Company. With more than 25 years of professional painting experience across residential and commercial projects, he sets the technical bar for every single job that leaves our hands.

Originally from Brazil, Reginaldo relocated to Tampa Bay to be close to family, both of his children built their lives here, and one of them (Will’s wife) is the reason Westchase Painting Company is, in a very real sense, a family business.

On the jobsite, Reginaldo is the craftsman who teaches the crew how to cut a clean line, how to load a brush properly, how to prep cabinetry so a factory-grade finish actually lasts, and how to spot hairline issues on a stucco exterior before a single drop of paint goes down. That knowledge does not come from a weekend course. It comes from 25 years of doing it the right way, every time.

Outside of work, Reginaldo is a man of deep Christian faith and a devoted family man. He is also the unofficial team chef, few things rally the Westchase Painting crew faster than one of his Brazilian churrasco cookouts. He brings that same care and tradition to everything he paints.
