Step 01 · 30-45 minutes
Free On-Site Estimate
Will or Leandro will walk your property, take measurements, and talk you through exactly what needs to happen to get the result you want. You get a written quote, not a verbal guess.
- Same-week scheduling in most zip codes
- Line-item quote, no surprise add-ons
- HOA color review if applicable
- No pressure, no deposit to get a quote

Step 02 · 1 week
Color & Finish Consultation
Once you accept the quote we help you lock in the exact colors and sheen levels. If your home is in an HOA neighborhood, we handle the approval paperwork for you.
- Sherwin-Williams color card samples provided
- On-site paint swatch previews
- Sheen recommendations per surface
- HOA application filing (Westchase, Keystone, etc.)

Step 03 · Day 1
Prep & Protection
Prep is where most painting jobs fail. Our crew pressure-washes exterior surfaces, scrapes failing paint, sands, fills stucco cracks, caulks, primes, and protects every plant, floor, vent, and outlet before a single drop of paint is sprayed.
- Pressure-wash or hand-wash exterior surfaces
- Stucco patching, caulking, and wood repair
- Floors, landscaping, and fixtures fully covered
- Proper primer applied to every repaired area

Step 04 · Day 1-2
Priming & Base Coats
Every repair and every stain-prone surface gets a proper primer. Cabinets and woodwork get sprayed in a controlled environment, stuccoed walls get back-rolled for maximum coverage.
- Sherwin-Williams premium primers
- Stain-blocker on water damage, smoke, or tannin
- Spray + back-roll on stucco for full coverage
- Cabinet boxes & doors sprayed off-site when possible

Step 05 · Day 2-4
Finish Coats
Final paint coats go on with the right equipment for the job: brush, roller, or HVLP spray. Our crews cut crisp lines, work clean, and leave every surface looking like it is brand new.
- Two full coats on every surface, standard
- Hand-cut edges, no masking marks
- Sherwin-Williams premium finishes only
- Hundreds of color & sheen combinations supported

Step 06 · Final day
Quality Inspection
Before we tell you the job is done, John Tortorich (our Director of Field Ops) does a full walk of the property, phone flashlight in hand. If he spots a holiday, a drip, or a thin spot, the crew fixes it before you ever see it.
- Owner or foreman walk-through with phone flashlight
- All repairs logged & addressed same day
- Caulk, touch-up, and detail-finishing pass
- Documented punch list on every job

Step 07 · 30 minutes
Final Walk-Through & Warranty Activation
We walk the property with you, sign-off on the completed work, and hand you a warranty document you can actually hold in your hand. If anything comes up in the next 5-7 years, you call us directly.
- Written, signed warranty document provided
- Photo record of completed job on file
- Direct phone & email for warranty claims
- Follow-up call 30 days after project completion
Why This Process Matters
Most painters skip prep, skip primer, skip the walk-through. That is why their finish peels, bubbles, or fades in 18 months. We skip nothing. Here is what that buys you:
A finish that lasts 5-7+ years
Proper prep, correct primer, and two full finish coats deliver a paint job that holds up in Tampa's humidity, UV, and storm season.
No mid-project surprises
Every quote is line-item. If we discover stucco damage or rotted wood at prep, you approve the fix before we touch it.
A real human on the other end
Our office team answers the phone 24/7. Leandro walks your on-site estimate. No call centers, no voicemail loops, no ghosting.
Ready to start your project?
The process starts with a free on-site estimate. A real person answers, usually within one business day.
