About Will
Will Hamilton is the founder and owner of Westchase Painting Company. He started the company because the local painting industry was long overdue for a contractor who actually answers the phone, shows up on time, and stands behind the finish with a real, written warranty.
Will is also the founder of ServiceLine Pro, a software platform built for home-service businesses. That operator background is why Westchase Painting Company runs on systems, not excuses. Every crew follows the same quality checklist, every project gets a formal final walk-through, and every customer gets the same response time whether it is their first call or their tenth.
Day to day, Will works behind the scenes on the business side: pricing strategy, crew hiring, warranty claims, and making sure the operations team has everything it needs to deliver. When something goes wrong on a project, he is the person who makes it right.
