Leandro de Souza

Leandro de Souza is the Operations Manager at Westchase Painting Company. He owns the day-to-day project coordination, from on-site estimates and scope design through crew scheduling, material orders, and mid-job quality check-ins.

On most projects, Leandro is the person who walks your property for the free estimate, measures the scope, works through color and finish decisions with you, and coordinates the crew that shows up on day one. Homeowners consistently mention him by name in reviews for his patience, his responsiveness, and his willingness to work through every detail before a single drop of paint goes down.

Leandro is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. For a service area as diverse as Tampa Bay, that is not a marketing line, it is the reason Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking homeowners can walk through the full scope of their project in their own language, without anything getting lost in translation.

Between estimates and crew visits, Leandro is the internal translator between what a homeowner wants and what the crew delivers. He works daily with Will on pricing and project design, and directly with our field teams on every active jobsite.
