We clean every surface first. Stucco is soft washed, since high pressure can damage it, while durable surfaces are pressure washed to remove mold, mildew, dirt, chalking, and loose paint before any paint goes on.
2 Surface Repair & Prep
We fill stucco cracks, address wood rot at sills and frames, scrape loose paint, re-caulk failed seams, and prime all bare spots.
3 Masking & Protection
Windows, doors, lighting, landscaping, and driveways are masked and protected with plastic sheeting and drop cloths.
4 Spray & Back-Roll
For stucco we spray and back-roll for full, even coverage. Two coats are standard, applied within the recoat window.
5 Weather-Smart Scheduling
We work around Florida weather, painting in the morning during summer to beat afternoon thunderstorms and let coatings cure.
6 Optional Add-Ons
Pool cages, lanais, fences, fascia, soffit, trim, and doors can be added to your exterior project. Tell us what you want included and we will scope it in your estimate.
