Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
- Your own crew (2+ painters minimum)
- General liability insurance or valid Florida exemption
- Own basic equipment (sprayers, ladders, drop cloths, tools)
- Reliable transportation for crew and materials
- Commitment to quality, clean job sites, and customer satisfaction
- Professional communication and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check
