The Role
As our estimator, you are the bridge between the homeowner and the crew. You meet with clients at their homes, inspect surfaces, measure square footage, discuss color and scope, and build custom proposals that win the job.
This is a relationship role. Homeowners trust you with their biggest investment. You need to be knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented. We give you the tools, the training, and the leads. You close the deal.

What We Expect
- Strong knowledge of painting surfaces, prep, and coatings (or willingness to learn fast)
- Excellent communication and ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable measuring rooms, calculating square footage, and building accurate proposals
- Professional appearance. You represent the company in the homeowner's living room.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive to leads
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
