The Role
You are the one who makes it happen. Our painting crew members handle interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects across the Tampa Bay area. From surface prep to final touch-ups, every detail counts.
We work exclusively with Sherwin-Williams products. Our projects range from single-room repaints to full-home exterior transformations. You will be part of a crew that takes pride in clean work, straight lines, and homes that look incredible when we leave.
What You Get

$18 to $28/hr based on skill level and experience. Top performers earn more.

What We Expect
- Show up on time, every time. Reliability is non-negotiable.

- Respect the homeowner's property. Drop cloths, tape, protection on every job.
- Communicate with your crew lead. No surprises.
- Physically able to work 8+ hours, climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs
- Clean background check and valid ID
A Day in the Life
7:00 AM - Arrive at the shop. Load materials, review the day\'s scope with your crew lead.
7:30 AM - Arrive on site. Set up protection, prep surfaces, tape off areas.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Prime and paint. Interior cut-in, rolling, trim work.
12:00 PM - Lunch break.
12:30 - 4:00 PM - Second coats, detail work, touch-ups, cleanup.
4:00 PM - Final walkthrough with crew lead. Pack up, leave the site spotless.
